Contec was founded in 1989. Since 1990, company focuses on production and implementation of commercial call management systems. Contec offers wide range of buffers and billing software. Contec systems are well known and recognised in Poland as there are over 10 000 systems installed. Among users of Contec systems there are Parliament, Ministries, local carriers, banks, assurance companies, police, army, large office building, publishers, shopping centres, supermarket networks and many many more ... Distribution net of Contec system consist of 40 distributors and about 200 qualified specialists runing sales, instalations and service over the whole country. We cooperate directly with all mayor IT suppliers and integrators as: Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco, IBM, Kapsch, NextiraOne, Siemens and Solidex, as well as telecommunication operators such as: Telekomunikacja Polska, Netia, Telefonia Dialog, Energis. In 2002 Contec has scored 2nd place in Berlin International Business Award competition, organized by Polsko-Niemieckie Towarzystwo Wspierania Gospodarki ( Polish-German Association of Economy Support), sponsored by Deutsche Telekom. In 2003 Contec was a finalist in competition for small and medium companies, orgenised by Businessman Magazine, under the patronage of minister of European Affairs, prof. Danuta Hübner. We are members of Polskia Izba Informatyki i Telekomunikacji (Polish Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunication). Since 1995, Contec has presented its products on international fairs CeBit in Hanover, as a part of collective exhibition organized by the Chamber. CeBit fairs presentation has beared fruits such as export contracts to countries of European Union and Africa. Contec was awarded by Chamber, by special prize for participation in next CeBit fairs. In reply for customers need, since year 2000 we had developed and introduced new CST corporate systems, for companies with complex organization structures, covering vast networks. Since the begining, Contec is focused on design and development of billing system, in direct and constant touch with its installators and users. As a creators of the ofered system we are able to operationally and expertly react on needs and notices submitted by the users.
